I bring extensive country and regional People & Culture experience from complex multinational organisations, such as CHANEL, Estée Lauder Companies, adidas, Honeywell and PROXIMUS, working across Australia, New Zealand, China and Asia-Pacific. I partnered closely with executives, the HR team, and business leaders to turn business priorities into practical people initiatives.

I have led business model, organisational, leadership, and culture transformations that strengthened engagement, retention, productivity, and leadership capability, driving performance and sustainable business growth. Several initiatives were recognised as best practice by global executive leadership. I also led and helped the organisation achieve country-level recognition for five consecutive years.

I have supported organisations ranging from 200 to 4,000 people across retail frontline, corporate, distribution centres, engineering, operations and sales. This has given me a practical understanding of both strategic decision-making and the everyday realities of running a business.
