People Bring Strategy To Life

We partner with luxury, retail, and consumer brands in Australia, and those expanding here from China and the Asia-Pacific region.

At Bright Ground, we focus on practical steps to align your culture, develop your leaders, and empower your team to deliver on your business goals.

Meet The Founder

Hi, I am Dorothy Liu

I’ve led People & Culture work in country and regional roles with global organisations, including CHANEL, adidas, Estée Lauder Companies, Honeywell and PROXIMUS, across Australia, China, and Asia-Pacific.

Those experiences taught me that strategy comes to life when people understand the direction, leaders are ready, and culture supports it.

Bright is the clarity and direction. Ground is the practical action that makes them real.
